Do I have to replace my IT company?
No. We handle security only and work alongside your current provider.
Is there a contract?
Yes. A 12-month agreement, billed monthly, that renews each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. Paying for the year upfront waives the setup fee.
What does the free scan involve?
We look at what’s publicly visible about your business, like email setup, leaked passwords and exposed services. Nothing is installed.
How long does setup take?
Most offices are protected within a week of signing.
Is there a minimum size?
Plans are built for offices of 10 to 75 people, with a $250 monthly minimum. That’s 10 people on Essentials or about six on Advanced.
Whose platform is this?
Managed Security runs on Guardz, with SentinelOne, Check Point and Palo Alto Networks technology, and Bold City Cyber manages it for you. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, supports HIPAA and keeps US customers’ data in the US.
